“I like the 24 hr access. The keyless entry is cool but you have to keep your phone handy with the app open every⁹ time you come through the front door f movers are hired you have to hang out by the front door to let them in EVERY TIME. Last issue is the rat droppings. I opened my unit for 1st time and there were TONS of rat droppings. My unit wasn't swept before me. Only giving 5 stars so I'll get $10 off next month's rent.”

“Had a great experience renting with them! I love that everything can be done online which is convenient and you don’t have to make that extra trip to the location just to finish up paperwork. The climate on location is great for storing just about anything you may have at home and everything is done from your phone which make you feel safe since the front door can’t be opened without having an account nor can your unit. And I love how you can access your unit whenever you need to especially in the evenings! For the price I would say it’s the best around its possible to find something slightly cheaper in San Angelo but when you look at the climate controlled environment and the fact that your stuff is quite protected from that famous west Texas dust that I’ve had cover my personal items in other storage facilities it’s a no brainer. Overall great experience!!!.”
